To qualify for this special loan program, please have the following:
*At least 2 years in business
*You are NOT a Home-based business (MUST be a brick & mortar business, MUST NOT be residential, mailbox, PO Box, UPS address, or be shared office based, like Regus, or other executive suite arrangements).
*Your business must do at least $150,000 in annual revenues
*The loan guarantor must have 51% ownership in the business
The guarantor must also have 680 or higher personal FICO score (homeowner preferred)
A lease or bank loan history is not required although having it does help sometimes

Must be on the approved industry list (usually any medical practice, other type of professional, or business with some technology infrastructure). Manufacturer, Logistics, Printing, etc.
Must be an operating entity, not a holding company.
Must be fully open for business (not partial or seasonal)

Must not have any charge-offs or excessive late payments (60 days plus late)
